The York Catholic District School Board (YCDSB) is seeking proposal submissions from interested, qualified companies that are capable of providing professional digital media services, including videography and photography, throughout York Region. This RFP is being used to select a qualified company with the proven skills, resources, and relevant experience to provide high-quality videography and photography services, including but not limited to, professional videography, professional photography, video storyboarding and production, video editing, sound design, graphic design, and creative development.
Digital media products must reflect the YCDSB’s Multi-Year Strategic Plan, and specifically its Strategic Commitments to: Catholic faith; equity and inclusion; student achievement; and well-being. The selected company must have a proven track record of appropriate and engaging behaviour when interacting with children and of respecting the privacy rights of students and staff. |
