Description:	Invitation The Owner is inviting Proposals from firms of architects licensed in Ontario who have the skill, experience, judgment and resources to deliver the services described in the Contract in connection with the design and construction contract administration of a new Catholic elementary school in East Gwillimbury (Queensville), Ontario (the “Project”). Project Overview The planned school will include junior kindergarten to grade 8 classes and a childcare center. The school will be a 423-pupil elementary school and will include a three-classroom childcare facility. The elementary school will consist of 3 kindergarten rooms, 14 classrooms, 1 instrumental music room, 1 resource room and 1 special education classroom. The school will also include common areas such as a Chapel, library/learning commons, gymnasium/general purpose room, and operational spaces such as office, staff room(s), work rooms, servery, meeting rooms, storage rooms, washrooms, custodian, mechanical and electrical rooms. The 3-room childcare centre will consist of 1 infant room, 1 toddler room, and 1 preschool room.
