It is standard Board process that Requests for Tenders are issued to Board Pre-qualified Contractors only.  This Request for Pre-qualification process is intended to solicit responses from interested Contractors who supply Mechanical services.

Mechanical services solicited under this Request for Pre-qualification are grouped into multiple categories, as follows:

  • * General HVAC
  • * Boiler installation & Piping
  • * Roof top unit & Sheet metal work
  • * Chiller/cooling tower work
  • * Plumbing

Applicants may apply to pre-qualify for as many or as few Mechanical service categories as they deem appropriate for their organization.  Only submitting for one type of work or dollar range will not have a negative impact on an Applicant’s scoring. 
Bid Document Access:  Bid document preview, bid opportunity, and award notices are available on the site free of charge. Suppliers are not required to register for a bid opportunity prior to previewing unsecured bid documents. Please note, some documents may be secured and you will be required to register for the bid to download and view the documents. To obtain an unsecured version of the bid document and/or to participate in this opportunity, an annual or a per bid fee must be paid (annual fee - $439.90, per bid fee - $132.04).
