The York Catholic District School Board, on behalf of the York Purchasing Cooperative, is seeking submissions for the Supply and Delivery of Office Paper. There are over 400 delivery locations within the York Purchasing Cooperative. The estimated annual volume of this contract is 400 million sheets. This is an estimate only and should not be construed as a guarantee; rather it is shown to provide an indication of the potential of this Contract. Each participating Agency will enter into separate agreements based on the terms and conditions as outlined with the Successful Bidder. Each Agency will be responsible for negotiating its own payment terms &/or method of payment, issuing its purchase orders and contract release forms and finalizing all its own delivery locations (ie: libraries, schools). Office Paper must not be delivered without an official purchase order or contract release form number, issued by each Agency. Payment for the supplies provided will require separate billing. You are hereby invited to submit the lowest net prices, including all delivery charges for which you are prepared to furnish the goods and/or services requested herein, in accordance with the guidelines expressed in the enclosed document.
