York Catholic District School Board is seeking Proposals for HVAC Coil Cleaning Services. The objective of this proposal is to establish a partnership with a Vendor(s). This partnership will allow the Board to ensure that we are purchasing quality service at a competitive price, while improving management reporting and reducing material and administrative costs. Currently, the Board has 87 elementary schools and 15 secondary schools. It is the Board’s intent to have all schools containing equipment that requires coil cleaned on a four-year cycle. This will result in approximately 25% of the Board’s schools, mixed of secondary schools and elementary schools based on areas, having coil cleaning serviced each contract year. The Board will provide a list of schools that need coil cleaning serviced at the beginning of each contract year. Proponents are hereby invited to bid the competitive prices, including all delivery charges for which the Proponent is prepared to provide the services requested herein, in accordance with the guidelines expressed in the enclosed document. |
