York Catholic District School Board (YCDSB) and York Region District School Board (YRDSB) are seeking Proposals for Recycling Haulage Services. The objective of this Proposal is to establish a partnership with a Contractor(s) for dedicated recycle container and haulage services on an as-required basis. This partnership will allow the Boards to ensure that they are purchasing quality service at a competitive price, while improving management reporting and reducing material and administrative costs. The Board(s) intend to award the Contract to the highest scoring Proponent by Area. The Board(s) also reserve the right to award a single Responsive and Responsible Proponent to more than one Area if it is in the best interest of the Board(s). The Proponent MUST indicate which Area(s) a Proposal is being submitted for, which also determines how many areas they are capable of providing the Services for this Contract. Please note that the Board(s) are the sole decision makers as to whether the Proponent(s) may successfully meet these requirements. All decisions are final. By submitting a Proposal, the Proponent agrees to have accepted the award process. |
