The York Catholic District School Board is seeking bid submissions for Special Education Equipment- Supply, Installation, Support and Training for Special Equipment Amount (SEA) Claims. The objective of this Proposal is to establish a partnership with the successful Proponent(s), who will provide products and services on an as-needed basis. This partnership will allow the Board to ensure that we are purchasing quality products and services at a competitive price, while improving management reporting, reducing material and administrative costs, and being environmentally conscientious. Proponents are hereby invited to bid the most competitive net prices, including all delivery charges for which the Proponent is prepared to furnish the products and/or services requested herein, in accordance with the guidelines expressed in the enclosed document. ALL QUESTIONS PERTAINING TO THIS RFP MUST BE SUBMITTED THROUGH BIDS&TENDERS. |
